Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate project details, timely feedback, and required assets (content, images, credentials, etc.). Delays in client response may impact delivery timelines. DGTechVerse will not be responsible for such delays.
Payment and Refund Policy
All payments must be made as per the agreed terms before or during project development. Once a project phase has started, payments for that phase are non-refundable. Refunds are only applicable if DGTechVerse fails to deliver the agreed-upon deliverables within the specified timeline.

All content, templates, designs, and software developed by DGTechVerse remain the intellectual property of DGTechVerse unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients may use the final delivered product for business purposes but may not claim ownership of our pre-built tools or systems.

DGTechVerse may use third-party tools such as Google APIs, hosting providers, or analytics platforms. We are not responsible for the policies, reliability, or downtime of these third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
